Run4Fun Friday Track 7 week session- runs on the track in the Park Slope Armory from 4:30-6:00pm from 12/7-3/22 no session on 12/28 & 2/22.
Run4Fun's Track program is an exciting and fun way for youth to learn the elements of running track. Run4Fun youth will receive individualized training in preparation for indoor track season and build a positive team spirit.
Each session's structure: Introduce theme of the week, dynamic warm-ups, running drills, warm up on the track, track workouts and a cool down. The concept of personal best is introduced and participants will set individual goals. Run4Fun runners will have the opportunity to participate in track races and running events.
